Our Management Team

Cindy Greer
Owner

Cindy Greer is owner of Transition With Care, LLC, a Charlotte based senior move management firm specializing in assisting adults 55 and older with downsizing and relocating.

Caring for her own mother and grandmother inspired Cindy to modify her career path as an interior designer and pursue a career in the senior care industry. She previously held marketing positions in the senior housing and home care industry as well as for the Parkinson Association of the Carolinas.

Recognizing a need to support this group of adults with the overwhelming process of downsizing and transitioning to community living, Cindy pursued the Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS) designation. Senior Move Management was a natural extension of her passions for design and serving seniors, and Cindy founded Transition With Care in 2009.

Cindy remains deeply committed to the needs of her clients, the team, and to the senior community at large. Her mantra of many years is, “The one thing we can count on in life is change, and we can get through anything with the right support”
